Meet the Marketing Center Team

The Marketing Center Team is a tight-knit group dedicated to serving retail loan officers who face increased demands in a highly competitive marketplace to forge loyal relationships with REALTORS®. Unlike other mortgage marketing firms that offer cookie-cutter style products, our staff focuses on creating one-of-a-kind solutions that help loan officers differentiate their service from competitors and attract REALTORS® without chasing them.

Our small staff is attractive to loan officers who appreciate service with a personal touch. Instead of dealing with large organizations that treat you like a number, our service is designed around the ole fashion one-to-one style relationship where you're greeted by first name and we're intimate with the inner dealings of your business so we can serve you better.

Agent Magnet Coach

Jeff's career began in 1993 traveling the United States and Canada promoting Tom Hopkins professional development courses to real estate agents and mortgage professionals.

After selling to more than 5000 companies and thousands of real estate agents and loan officers, he formed his own consulting firm in 1999 to exclusively train loan officers on how to get clients from real estate agents.

He is the author of the popular program, Become an Agent Magnet, and creator of the Quick Start System. Jeff's solutions concentrate on helping each loan officer find their unique qualities that help them stand out from competition. His responsibilities include:

  • Teaching & Coaching. Helping you to absorb the principles of marketing to Realtors so you get clients fast.
  • Positioning. Helping you implement one-of-a-kind strategies so you differentiate from competitors.
  • Packaging. Helping you develop a distinct personal brand so you build a reputation in the real estate community as an expert.

Jeff's favorite color is green, he loves all food except liver and is a big Harry Potter fan. He attended Arizona State University and the University of Texas - El Paso.

He resides in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife and two daughters.

 

 

Angie Nelson Angie Nelson
Membership Sales 

Angie handles membership applications and inquiries about our services. Her responsibilities include:

  • Member Screening. Interviewing member applicants to make sure he or she is a good fit for the Marketing Center.
  • Visitor Demonstrations. Conducts web-demonstrations for prospective members interest in joining the Marketing Center.
  • Custom Gift Designing. Creates unique gift baskets for your closings to improve client loyalty.

Angie's background is in Management, Training and Public Relations. Her favorite color is red and her favorite food is "anything that warms the heart as well as the stomach". She's been a member of the staff for two years and her favorite part of her job is hearing clients' success stories.

Angie lives in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband, two daughters, two dogs and two cats.

 

 

Lindsey Kauffman Lindsey Kauffman
Virtual Marketing Specialist

Lindsey provides on-going member support. She is responsible for helping each member integrate the Marketing Center tools into their everyday marketing. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The Quick Start System. Helping the member build an instant database of Realtors who want to get your information.
  • Cross-Marketing. Helping the member capture missed referrals during the loan application process.
  • Post-Close Marketing. Helping the member to service clients after the sale and generate more referrals and repeat business.
  • Social-Proof Marketing. Helping the member to turn clients into evangelists and growing their reputation in the real estate community.

Before joining the Agent Magnet Marketing Center team, Lindsey worked in the mortgage industry for four years as a processor and loan officer.

She is a fast talking, multi-tasking machine that wears many stylish hats around the office. Lindsey's favorite color is green and she has no hidden talents but many obvious ones. Her favorite part of her job is helping clients to accomplish their marketing goals.

Lindsey lives in Phoenix, Arizona with her dog, Mojo.

Unlike our competitors with thousands of members (loan officers) and having saturated the marketplace lessening your competitive edge, you can enjoy truly unique tools and strategies inside the Marketing Center that haven't been exposed to real estate agents in your area.
