Mortgage Marketing Solution Helps Loan Officer Bounce Back

Brian Murphy uses mortgage marketing website to get clients

Since 2001, Brian Murphy has enjoyed the financial benefits of being a loan officer. But as the refinance boom fizzled out, so did Brian's income. He realized with growing dread that REALTORS® remain the key to his success, but Brian had no relationships to fall back on - in short, he was agent-challenged. Since he'd mainly originated refinances, he'd never before worked on purchases. As the reality of his situation came crashing down, along with the market, Brian knew if he was going to survive, he'd have to act fast. He'd have to try something new.

That 'something new' turned out to be the Agent Magnet Marketing Center. Within weeks of using their Quick Start System, Brian had 175 agents interested in knowing more about how he could help them. Without cold calling, he'd also procured two reliable agents and each one sent him referrals. This was an incredible turnaround. Before Brian joined the Marketing Center, he was on the verge of abandoning his mortgage career, but within 45 days, agents were sending him clients paying more than $4,000.00 in commission. Sure, Brian found a renewed sense of optimism, but how did he accomplish such a feat in such a short time?

First, he researched the Internet. After sifting through endless mortgage marketing websites, Brian found AgentMagnet.com. Unlike competing websites, the Agent Magnet Marketing Center, focused solely on assisting loan officers. Whereas others played both sides of the field, marketing to both loan officers and REALTORS®, the Marketing Center specializes in helping people like Brian.

"I hadn't closed a sale in a very long time," said Brian. "I'd even had to resort to cold calling. Though I was never treated rudely, it was obvious when I showed up on an agent's doorstep that they couldn't wait to get rid of me."

Using an email marketing system exclusive to the Marketing Center, the Quick Start System eliminated this issue. The five-minute meetings he used to have with unwilling agents have grown into 45 minute luncheons that are productive and enjoyable for both parties. Now, he no longer chases agents - he's pursued by them!

"I'm confident that 2008 will be an ever more impressive year for me and my income is almost guaranteed to reach six figures," said Brian Murphy. "The Quick Start System and additional concepts I gained from the Agent Magnet Marketing Center have shown me how to reach my full potential, make the most of my time and achieve goals I never thought possible."

With the help of the Marketing Center, Brian continues to acquire and cultivate more and more REALTOR® relationships. Best of all, Brian's learned how to make each year build into the next, instead of scraping by. Brian Murphy no longer considers abandoning his career as a loan officer - he's now comfortable and thriving regardless of the strength of the market.
